Payment processing services for the Platform are provided exclusively by Stripe.
When you make a purchase or receive payouts as a seller:
payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe
Stripe may collect payment information, payout information, tax information, identity verification information, and other compliance-related information
Stripe may process information required by financial regulations, tax reporting requirements, fraud prevention rules, anti-money-laundering laws, and payment network requirements
Stripe processes personal information in accordance with its own privacy policies and terms
Collectible Lane does not store full payment card numbers or sensitive financial account information on its servers.
Collectible Lane may receive limited payment-related information from Stripe, such as transaction status, payment confirmation, payout status, dispute status, chargeback information, fraud signals, or verification results. We use this information to help operate the Platform, support marketplace transactions, protect buyers and sellers, detect fraud, and enforce our policies.
To help protect the Collectible Lane marketplace, we may request or review additional information from users, sellers, or listing owners.

government-issued identity verification information processed through Stripe or other verification providers
seller verification information
photos or videos showing possession of an item
images of a user holding or displaying an item
listing images, item photos, packaging photos, shipping photos, or delivery-related images
verification submissions used to help confirm account ownership, item possession, listing accuracy, or platform safety
risk, trust, safety, or fraud-prevention signals from Stripe, security providers, or verification providers
Where required by law, we will obtain consent before collecting or processing biometric identifiers or biometric information. If facial verification, selfie verification, or identity matching tools are used, the purpose is to help protect the Platform, verify account or seller information, reduce fraud, and support marketplace trust and safety.
Verification review does not guarantee authenticity, grade, condition, ownership, value, future delivery, payment outcome, or dispute outcome.
When you access or use the Platform, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

Users may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link included in those messages. Transactional, legal, security, and account-related communications cannot be opted out of because they are necessary to operate the Platform.

legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention, marketplace safety, security, platform improvement, and customer support

Where applicable, Collectible Lane may request or review additional information, including photos, listing images, verification images, proof of possession, communications, shipping records, or other supporting materials.
These materials may be used to help evaluate marketplace trust and safety concerns but do not guarantee authenticity, grade, condition, value, future delivery, payment outcome, or dispute outcome.
Collectible Lane uses Stripe as its payment processor. We may use transaction, payment, shipping, delivery, and buyer confirmation information to support the marketplace transaction process.
This may include:
confirming that payment was completed
confirming that a shipping label was generated
confirming that tracking was added or updated
reviewing carrier delivery status
supporting buyer receipt confirmation
supporting seller payout timing
reviewing reported issues before funds are released where applicable
supporting dispute, refund, or chargeback review
Seller payout timing may depend on Stripe processing, transaction status, delivery confirmation, buyer receipt confirmation, dispute status, risk review, and the rules described in Collectible Lane’s applicable marketplace policies.
Collectible Lane does not sell personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws.

Because Collectible Lane operates as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers, certain information must be shared between transaction participants.
Examples include:
seller access to buyer name and shipping address to fulfill orders
buyer access to seller name, seller profile information, or return address where necessary to complete a transaction, return, dispute, or support request
information needed to communicate about a purchase, delivery issue, refund, return, or claim
